Donation results

In 2007 a total of 136 donors supported Net4kids projects, compared to 132 donors in the previous year. This represents a 3% increase. Donors who support multiple projects and organisation sponsors are only counted once. This was not the case in the 2006 annual report.

Collective donations for births, birthdays, marriages and anniversaries are counted as one donor, although the contributions may come from multiple individuals. The same applies to businesses.

39.0% of the donors are businesses. They donate 91.2% of the total project funds. Private individuals contribute 8.8% of total project donations and represent 61.0% of the donors.

In 2007, Net4kids received donations to the amount of € 619,961. This is a 21.5% increase compared to the € 510,275 received in 2006.

The donations for 2007 were divided over projects (98.4%) and Max’s Magic Money Fund (1.6%), the flexible reserve that can be tapped by the projects that need it most. The donated amounts vary from € 12 to € 254,952 for the projects, and from € 5 to € 1000 for Max’s Magic Money Fund.

Dividing the donations between project donations and donations to Max’s Magic Money Fund, the following breakdown emerges:
