Organisation sponsors

In addition to sponsors who support the organisation with services, Net4kids Organisation is supported by companies and private individuals who contribute to the organisation with money or goods. Although the Net4kids Continuity Fund guarantees the operating costs are covered, the ultimate goal is to have Net4kids Organisation cover its own costs. Out of pocket expenses are kept to a minimum, but investment is necessary to facilitate the desired growth.

In 2007, Net4kids had 35 organisation sponsors. This includes the one-man companies owned by the individuals in the volunteer team. Four parties contributed money, covering 57.6% of the operational costs. The contribution in the form of free goods and services is not included in this figure. The remaining out of pocket expenses were covered with interest generated by the capital in the Net4kids Continuity Fund.
