Management team

The management team (MT) is the executive organ of Net4kids. Each member of the team has a clearly described set of tasks, and is supported in their execution by teams of professional volunteers.

Over the past year, the management team was repeatedly confronted with the limitations of a volunteer organisation. Our finance specialist, Matthieu Blauwhoff, only managed to participate minimally in the MT because of a very busy 'day job'. A number of other members – Anke van den Boog of Donor Relations and Marketing Manager Emilie van Rappard – had to take on a large number of additional tasks due to the delay in filling management team positions. The positive aspect of these developments is that we realise even more clearly how important our new professionalisation process is, and it forced us to make key decisions in the annual plan for 2008.
