Introduction

As previously mentioned in this annual report, IT is a key component to Net4kids’ success. The website is the platform for acquiring sponsors and communicating with sponsors about project progress. Using Salesforce.com, the CRM system, and specialized modules for project information and reports, allows Net4kids to grow while keeping costs low.

The CRM system is now actively being used in various areas. It provides all involved parties with an online overview of donation status and with a means of interacting with the donors.
