Organisation sponsors

In addition to sponsors that support the organisation with services, Net4kids Organisation is supported by companies and individuals that contribute to the organisation with money or goods. While the Net4kids Continuity Fund is in place to cover organisational costs, the ultimate goal for the Net4kids Organisation is to cover its own costs. Out-of-pocket expenses are kept as low as possible, but investments are necessary to facilitate the desired growth.

In 2006, Net4kids had 29 organisation sponsors. This includes ‘one-man-businesses’ reinforcing the volunteer team. Six parties contributed money and covered 13.7% of the operational costs. The contributions in the form of free goods and services is not included in this figure. The rest of the out-of-pocket expenses for the organisation were covered by the Net4kids Continuity Fund.
