Three foundation structure: now also in an operational sense

Since early 2006, Net4kids has consisted of three different legal entities, each with its own responsibilities and structure. The three foundations are used to carefully keep the money flows for child aid projects separate from operational and organisational costs.

The most significant changes implemented over the past year occurred within Net4kids Organisation. Founder Loek van den Boog resigned from running daily operations, creating room for an external general manager: Juul Coumans. Loek, as chairman of the board, remains deeply involved in the organisation. This change not only clarified leadership of the various entities, but also created the tri-foundation structure in an operational sense.

This chapter will further examine the structure of the Net4kids organisation itself.
