New: Net4kids Services

The Net4kids business-to-business proposition is a perfect fit for the increasing interest in corporate social responsibility within businesses. The basic Net4kids concept includes all of the key elements required for an involved philanthropic strategy, free of charge. Businesses can select a project online that best suits their philosophy, vision and strategy. Regular reporting, via a business-specific minisite, makes it easy to closely involve clients and business relations. 100% of the contribution, without deduction of costs, goes towards funding the chosen project. This contributes to the desired accountability, just like the money-back guarantee.

Net4kids Services is a service offering in which Net4kids professionals, in a personal capacity, give their (additional) support in planning a company’s charitable activities. Services vary from project selection to communication and implementation. By clearly separating roles and responsibilities, Net4kids maintains focus on increasing child aid while providing additional service where desired.

Activating Net4kids Services is a win-win situation for everyone. The client receives pragmatic advise and consultation, a Net4kids team member gets a paid assignment on the intersection between volunteer Net4kids activities and his or her field, and Net4kids gains a donor who – thanks to greater involvement – will be more willing to make a lasting commitment to the child aid project of choice. The services paid for in 2006 were executed on a relatively small scale; from help during project selection for ‘own’ projects in addition to existing Net4kids projects to providing workshops and trainings. In 2007, we hope to expand the number of assignments with the use of multidisciplinary teams. Considering the fact that Net4kids Services is only offered as part of the Net4kids project package, these plans are heavily dependant on fundraising activities.
