Impact (reporting)

As an organisation, we aim to release more donor funds into the child aid market by developing a new donation model. The impact can currently only be measured by the swift growth Net4kids is experiencing, with project aid doubling almost every year. In the near future, we hope to measure and support the impact directly through donor research.

The definition of success is not primarily increasing cash flow, but realizing - thanks (in part) to Net4kids - lasting improvements in the living conditions of the children involved in the projects. With transparency as a key goal, we do everything in our power to make this impact visible. Impact measurement is embedded in the reporting requirements for project partners and wherever possible is included in the reporting to donors. These reports contain as much quantitative information as possible about the effect of the support provided by Net4kids per supported section. However, the qualitative component of the reporting is at least equally important, because Net4kids considers impact not only on a project level, but also when it comes to donor mentality. Sharing what happens on a project level, as well as on a child level, contributes to strong involvement which should consistently lead to greater readiness to provide (more) support.

You be the judge of the impact of Net4kids as an organisation. We outline the impact of our child aid per project in the chapter on project results.
